In my personal experience, these types of plans are too rigid for most folks. Following a plan blindly can lead to overtraining, injury, and frustration. Running is a very personal sport, and what works for 1 person is not likely to translate directly to another.

Not at all! Whether you are a collegiate runner or aiming to run your first 5k, having someone to guide your progress and help define training goals is an invaluable tool. A coach can’t run the miles for you, but they are in your corner to support you with every step!
